PRANA SIGNATURE CLASSES
PRANA BASICS
A signature class taught by Samrat which emphasises on alignments based on human anatomy . This class is a blend of equality and balance where the focus is on entire body. Emphasis is given to conditioning practices to avoid injuries . It also blends in overall body strength and flexibility on a basic level which is accessible to beginner level students.
As it’s a complete practice, pranayama and meditation are an integral routine of this practice
PRANA STRETCH
A signature class taught by Samrat which is specifically designed to reach into deeper muscles and connective tissues with some advance stretching poses and props. Some conditioning practices are included to let the body reach towards their end range of motion.
Great practice post Level 2 or other advance classes to release the muscle tightness and tension. Students joining are suggested to have basic experience of level 1 classes.
PRANA FOCUSED
A specialised level 2 class taught by Samrat which are dedicated to improve students specific practice areas. The ‘Focused’ classes are divided into ‘Backbends’ , ‘Inversions’ , ‘Core & Arm Balances’ and ‘Hips & Forward Bends’. A good emphasis is given to conditioning practices to avoid injuries and the class end with juicy counter practices.
This class is suggested to students with experience of level 2 classes.
PRANA VINYASA
A signature level 2 class taught by Samrat which emphasises on alignments based on human anatomy. This is a challenging class which tests one’s physical endurance, flexibility and strength. Emphasis is given to conditioning practices to avoid injuries. Students joining this practice should be comfortable with headstand and crow pose.
As it’s a complete practice, pranayama and meditation are an integral routine of this practice.
GROUND-BASED CLASSES
ANIMAL FLOW
Animal Flow is a ground-based, bodyweight movement system designed to improve a range of skills including speed, power, endurance, flexibility, mobility, and stability.
Although Animal Flow isn’t much like yoga practice, but the core focus remains unchanged. Both disciplines includes mindful movements intended to improve one’s mobility, flexibility, stability, and focus.
DEEP STRETCH
This class focuses not just on flexibility but also body control. The class includes passive and active flexibility training,and also strength and conditioning exercises.
The warm up part may include cardiovascular exercises, dynamic stretches, and mobility exercises to increase blood flow and loosen up the muscles.
HOT FLOW
Sequence of postures which are practiced in a room with a temperature of around 105 degrees Fahrenheit. The purpose of practicing yoga in a hot, humid room is to increase heart rates for a more intense workout, and for the heat to allow muscles to loosen to get deeper into the poses. Hot yoga has the ability to give the heart, lungs, and muscles an even greater workout aiding weight loss and detoxification.
Although its a practice for all levels, students are suggested to join this practice after some basic experience.
INVERSIONS
A class for all upside down lovers!
The foundation class starts with simple breakdown of basic inversions of poses like headstands and the difficulty level gradually increase with level 1 and 2 to more advance poses and transitions.
The class focuses off proper upper body and core conditioning as well techniques to start inversions in safe level against wall and gradually build up the stages.
INSIDE FLOW
Founded by Young Ho Kim, Inside flow is a class which connects a series of poses with breath and controlled coordination with short holds. During the Inside Flow class, one gently move from one posture to another carried by the music, bringing the practitioner into a trance-like, almost meditative state. This is a practice which enhances the breath rhythm and offer the practitioner an exhilarating and energetic feel.
MEDITATION
A practice that involves focusing or clearing the mind using various methods of channelising the focus. There are various types of mediation which leads to the same path and have same goal.
A highly recommended practice for everyone as it helps us relax, reduce anxiety and stress, and renews the mind leading it to a joyful state.
PRANAYAMA
Prana means Life Force or Breath (in simple words) and Ayama means expansion.
This class will offer practice and techniques to help controlling the dimensions of breath.
Pranayama helps to increase lung compliance. It enhances respiratory muscle function during breathing, thus strengthening them. Pranayama practice also helps reducing stress, anxiety, tensions, anger, and over-excitement.
SLIM & DETOX
Practiced under warm environment this is great class for all level which focuses on reducing body’s water retention and enables lymphatic drainage via breathing practices, twisting poses and beginners inversion poses. These postures helps promote blood circulation and shape of the body.
STRENGTH & STRETCH
A dynamic first part of the class will work on inner strength, and that of the back, abdominals, legs and arms. This practice is a great foundation for beginners who want to excel to intermediate level.
The Stretch part of the practice is slow and progressive which would release all accumulated tensions, mobilising and stretching the entire body. A complete class for all levels!
VINYASA
Invigorating yoga practice, combining breath with movement through a steady and flowing sequence of poses. The transition from one to another pose makes the practice fun and challenging. Explore the limits and go deeper into your asana practice. Leave feeling mentally and physically recharged.
YIN & YANG
A complete practice! Come in for a fun, flow style of class to build strength, muscular endurance, stamina and balance. YinYang flow will focus on moving dynamically yet consciously through postures ranging from basic to intermediate with options to increase difficulty according to the needs of the student. Enjoy the balance of both passive practice through yin to target the deepest connective tissues as well as the energetic benefits of Yang which targets the muscles.
YOGA WHEEL
A fun class! Yoga wheels are great prop for students which offers both easier and challenging options and suitable for all level practitioners. They allow practice of backbends and heart-opening poses with less risk of injury. Created to open up areas that are typically tight due to modern-day living, yoga wheel is a versatile class which is fun and accessible to everyone.
DHARMA YOGA
Founded by Sri Dharma Mittra in 1975, Dharma Yoga is a challenging vinyasa flow adapted for modern life.
Dharma Yoga is appropriate for students of all levels, from beginners to advanced yogis, because it is adapted to student’s needs. During a Dharma Yoga class, students will not only practice the yoga poses as physical movements but will also be encouraged to go deeper and experience the practice in a meditative and spiritual way.
HATHA
The all popular and ever green class, hatha yoga is a balanced practice which encompasses all dimensions of physical body in a balanced format. One can expect some basic strengthening and flexibility oriented postures. The difficulty level is moderate with options and level 1 is a great friend of beginner students.
HOT 26
An all level non-vinyasa based set sequence practised in a heated room which focuses on classical postures. This class builds strong foundation of leg balances, backbends and enhances physical endurance. Students joining are suggested to have basic experience of level 1 classes.
IMMERSIVE FLOW
Immersive Flow is a vinyasa based practice where the practitioners embody the flow of asana in a rhythmic manner.
Immerse your experience in a thorough practice which includes multiple dimensions of arm balances, inversions, backward bends and their modifications.
Level 1 is for all practitoners and will help to overcome the premonition in certain categories of practice like inversions and arm balances cultivating a strong base.
Level 2 will challenge the students both in strength and flexibility improving body awareness and breath control excelling them in their practice journey mindfully.
MAT PILATES
Mat Pilates is a pilates training practice that can be done on a mat without any use of reformer. In this class, specific training and exercises are held to build your muscle groups and core strength.This class helps to build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility through the concepts of Pilates exercises.
PRANAYAMA & YOGANIDRA

Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation practice which is done by lying down. Its a physic method of relaxing the body completely as the mind is altered to various channels of consciousness inside and outside of the physical body. Yoganidra is a great practice to counter insomnia and stress.
RELAXING STRETCH (WARM)
This class focuses on gentle postures and use of props to give the muscles a deep sense of release creating a soothing effect in the entire body and mind. Done in a mildly heated room, this practice is healing and restorative with some longer holding poses.
SOUND BATH MEDITATION
A sound bath is a meditative practice where the students are immersed in the experience of sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and more.
With benefits similar to that of the Singing Bowls sound bath creates a state of harmony by using sound to clear discordance from the practitioner’s energy fields leading to deep relaxation, an increased sense of wellbeing, expanded awareness, and clearer insight.
STICK MOBILITY
Stick Mobility is a training system combining joint mobilisation, strength training and active stretching.
Stick Mobility is intended to help increase fitness, strength, mobility, muscle activation, movement and range of motion. The stick is used in conjunction with classes and exercises that utilize the flexibility and strength of the rod to propel the body into its various dimensions of fitness.
YIN
A class where asanas are held for longer time than traditional practice, Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians.
Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs.
YOGA BALANCE
A challenging class for all levels which tests ones proprioceptive sense and control.
This class combines not just balance on legs and arms but incorporates various physical dimensions to push the level of stability, strength and flexibility. Inversions with options and guidance might be included.
ZUMBA
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance, where one moves with the beat of music.
Zumba targets different muscle groups at once for total body toning and builds cardio vascular endurance and provides benefits to both our aerobic and anaerobic systems
AERIAL CLASSES
AERIAL FLOW
A mixed level class that uses the aerial hammock to learn a variety of skills, tricks, drills & sequences and is designed for students who are interested in using the hammock as an aerial apparatus to build strength, stamina & develop a larger aerial vocabulary & skill set.
Students joining are suggested to have basic knowledge and practice of Aerial
AERIAL YOGA
Aerial Yoga is a specialised class that uses the aerial hammock to move through yoga and other poses. These classes includes elements of stretching, strengthening, balance and inversions.
Our aerial yoga classes are mixed level and appropriate for beginners and all levels.
AERIAL STRETCH
A specialised class that uses the aerial hammock specifically on stretching different part of the body which are deep and difficult to reach on the mat . It’s a beginners friendly class and no experience on aerial is needed .
THERAPEUTIC AERIAL YIN
A deep relaxing class using the hammock to shape the body in forms which can be held for longer time. The hammock allows gravity to lead the practice and mould it to reach different forms which enhances connective tissues health. This practice is done with the hammock lowered close to the floor and hence it doesn’t just make you ‘feel safe’ but greatly therapeutic due to its long relaxing holds. Beginners friendly and no experience in aerial is needed to attend this class.
