ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Sam is an inquisitive and versatile yoga teacher who enjoys teaching and seeing his students develop their practice to new level. Sam is fond of investigating yoga anatomy and is a firm believer on how yoga poses are different for the unique human body structures, body proportions, movement of muscles etc.
A few years ago, Sam used to struggle doing even a single push up and was unable to lift his own bodyweight which was around 93 kg in 2017.
In 2018, he has made up his mind and decided to make yoga practice his regular discipline and hobby. In the beginning, Sam started to practise front split through self-study, and he succeeded to ground himself down in just three months. Because of this transformation, he realized that with hard work and determination nothing is impossible.
He has a good understanding of the struggles beginner students goes through and he hopes to guide them in the right direction through his experience.
