Julien, a competitive swimmer, discovered yoga as a way to improve his efficiency in the pool. He embarked on a transformative journey, completed his 200hr Yoga Teacher training in Bali.
Through his practice, Julien aims to promote inner peace, help increase freedom of movement, and improve people’s physical and mental stamina—and overall wellbeing.
He likes to create sequences that blend power with fun, incorporating inversions for a change in perspective and cardiovascular sequences for fitness, with the aim to improve strength and mobility.
Alignment vinyasa has been a foundation in Julien’s yoga journey. He specialises in inversions, especially handstands, which not only push physical and mental boundaries but also nurture a continuous growth mindset.
Yoga is a practice that connects the mind and body while cultivating strength and balance. It is a never-ending journey, and with enough discipline, perseverance and practice will soon turn from “omg" into "Om".
