Princi practices yoga to learn about living, which is a space to explore and embrace herself, be it limitations or edges. Yoga opens the physical realm and brings her to aware her self in the hectic life, she feels more present to the moment and able to move as wished, ultimately to liberate herself from attachments
Princi always reminds her students to be slow and steady, to move mindfully and not to rush. Prior to asana levels, Princi wants to make the practice meditative, that students can be focused and be true to their own bodies.
