SMALL GROUP PRIVATES

Regular Practice Routine

  • Conditioning for injury prevention and working on deeper muscles stability 

  • Arm Balances & Inversion practice based on one’s personal level with options 

  • Revisions from the previous classes for consistency 

  • Backbends and their variations with a safe approach


Class Commitment

8 / 10 / 12 classes

Attendance

  • Students need to choose a fixed time slot

  • 70% of the classes needs to be done in the chosen time slot and the remaining classes may be covered in another slots

Frequency

  • Full course (12 classes) will be taught within the duration of approximately 4 months with breaks in some weeks (Please refer to attached schedule for this round)​

Flexible Payment Options:

  • Members can choose to pay in 2 installments by cash, FPS, bank transfer, and PayMe (payment by credit card subject to 3% service charge).
