Regular Practice Routine

  • Conditioning for injury prevention and working on deeper muscles stability 

  • Arm Balances & Inversion practice based on one’s personal level with options 

  • Revisions from the previous classes for consistency 

  • Backbends and their variations with a safe approach

Minimum Requirement

  • Crow Pose -15 sec

  • Headstand - 1 min at the centre 


Class Commitment

12 Classes 

Attendance

Students need to choose a fixed time slot.

At least 8 out of 12 classes needs to be done in the chosen slot.

If needed, the rest 4 can be covered in other available slots.

Frequency

Weekly, with one week rest after every 4 classes 

Tuition

Member:              HKD 6000 for 12 classes (500/class)

Non- Member:     HKD 7200 for 12 classes (600/class)

Member:              HKD 7200 for 12 classes (600/class) 

Non- Member:     HKD 8400 for 12 classes (700/class)
