AMANDA LEE

BIOGRAPHY

Amanda started her yoga journey since 2018. Yoga has changed her life in many ways and lifestyle such as diet, behaviour, control of mind and body. She enjoys her personal time meditating as much she does enjoys her Asana practice 

 

Amanda is a qualified 500 Hr yoga teacher and her classes are fun and motivating which allows the students to strive to build their self confidence and believe She encourages her students to trust themselves and infuses the belief that yoga is for everyone. 

Amanda’s classes reflects her personal practice and insight upon yoga which aims to create mental harmony and stillness leading to inner peace and contentment
