BIOGRAPHY
Sagar is a dedicated yoga instructor with a transformative journey that began in India in 2015. Since 2018, he has been sharing his passion for yoga across various countries, including India, China, Macau, and Hong Kong. Sagar's teaching is rooted in a breath-based yoga style, while also incorporating elements from Ashtanga, Power Vinyasa, and gentle stretching practices.

With a focus on cultivating a mindful and inclusive environment, Sagar encourages students to honor their individual experiences and progress at their own pace. His classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and he often works with individuals facing physical challenges, ensuring that everyone can access the benefits of yoga.

Sagar's approach is dynamic, blending movement and breath to foster stillness and clarity. He regularly integrates pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation into his sessions, guiding students through various techniques—from seated breath awareness to moving meditations, chanting, and visualizations.

Through his compassionate teaching style, Sagar empowers his students to deepen their practice and connect with their inner selves, helping them find balance, focus, and peace.
