TERMS OF SERVICE, CONDITIONS & POLICIES

All memberships and packages of classes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-sharing. All memberships and packages of classes are allowed to book regular group classes.

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP

Members can enroll up to 3 classes per day. Any unattended classes cannot be carried over. Attending additional classes in advance for the designated day is not permitted; however, extra classes may be purchased separately through credits or drop-in options.

CLASSES PER MONTH MEMBERSHIPS

Members can enroll to the designated number of classes per calendar month, and these classes cannot be carried over to subsequent months. Attending additional classes in advance for the designated month is not permitted; however, extra classes may be purchased separately through credits or drop-in options.

EXPIRATION OF MEMBERSHIPS AND PACKAGE

All packages of classes or monthly recurring classes have a use-by or an expiration date. No extension nor refund are allowed after expiration.

PAYMENTS

By choosing monthly installments, you acknowledge and authorise Prana Yoga to initate payments through credit card.
There are no refunds of monthly payments, service fees, recurring payments or renewal fees.
All Clients and Guests agree that upon failure to pay any agreed-upon fees will be considered as a violation of policy. All Clients and Guests agree to pay any costs associated with collection of unpaid fees or services charges.

CLASS BOOKINGS

Class booking starts 2 days in advance from 9am.
Classes have limited spaces available and on a first come first served basis.
No late comer is allowed to enter the classroom and will be taken as no-show. Your spot may be released to a waitlisted/ Standby Client. Please ensure that you are on time for class. We recommend you to check-in 10 mins before your class.

NO SHOWS & LATE CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation policy is 2 hours before class. Clients may cancel classes without charge or loss of class credit 2 hours or more prior to the class vice versa.
For any classes canceled with less than 2 hours’ notice, your class credits will be charged. If you are with an unlimited package, you will be considered as late cancellation.
For unlimited packages, three (3) no show OR late cancellation within 30 days, your membership will be suspended for 2 weeks from the date of the third no-show or late cancellation. During your class booking suspension period, you will only be able to walk in classes on a first-come-first-served basis.

Prana Yoga reserves all the right to cancel classes based on low attendance, registration or enrollment. Class times and schedules may deviate or vary from the current schedule without notice. We reserve the right to change on class schedule without notice.

CLIENT & GUEST CONDUCT

No eating nor Mobile Phones are not allowed inside the classroom.
All clients are responsible for his/her participation and use of all equipment in Prana Yoga Studio and shall be responsible for any damage to Prana yoga facilities. He/she shall also be liable for any damage or personal injury caused by himself/herself, or other guest in Studio.

PERSONAL PROPERTY AND OTHER VALUABLES

All members/ guests agree and acknowledge that you refrain from bringing valuable items/ important documents into the Studio or inside the locker. While we strive to maintain a safe and reliable environment, Prana Yoga shall not be liable for the loss, theft, or damage to any personal property or valuables. All members/ guests shall understand that no portion of any fees paid by you is in consideration for the safeguarding of valuables.

MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSIONS

All suspension has to be applied before membership expiry.
For Pregnancy or Medical suspensions, valid medical certificate that stated the date, your name, diagnosis, and the doctor's advice.
For unlimited packages, if you are suspending for personal reasons , you may suspend your membership on a monthly basis (i.e. 30-day period) upon payment of an administrative suspension fee (in an amount of 25% of the original price for the corresponding monthly membership cost) per suspended month.

Prana Yoga reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service without notice. You acknowledge to check this page periodically for changes. Prana Yoga reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
